  • 2 oz. water
  • 1 TB. lavender honey (see directions below)
  • Ice
  • Lemon wedge for garnish

    Hello Jo and Jules,
I just wanted you both to know that I have been doing the Conscious Cleanse for the whole month of July, and I feel great! I have lost 14 pounds, have been hiking almost every day, boxing twice a week, and doing yoga twice a week as well as walking my dog 3-5 miles a day. I love the Conscious Cleanse eating plan, because I am eating healthy food, but I never feel hungry or fatigued, even when I hike to the top of Green Mountain above Flagstaff! i am friends with Karolyn Merrill and Tara Powers who both work out at the same gym, Complete Physique, and their results encouraged me to try the Conscious Cleanse. Since I started eating clean, I feel energized, clear in my body and in my head, and I can even do a whole crossword puzzle in five minutes! I love that I can eat as much of the fruits and vegetables as I want, so that my busy lifestyle doesn’t have to slow down. I am going back to teaching high school next week, and I hope to continue on the cleanse or at least do the 80:20 plan so that I can keep feeling healthy, happy, and whole!
