There are no calorie restrictions with the Conscious Cleanse. You will be encouraged to eat when you are hungry. This is not a liquids-based or supplement-based cleanse. You will eat from a wide variety of delicious whole foods like green smoothies, fresh fruits, vegetables, non-gluten grains, legumes, nuts, seeds and organic lean meats. You will also be given a robust recipe section for ideas and suggestions.

Generally, we recommend that the full program be implemented up to four times per year.
