Plus, thanks to the cassava flour, these puffy waffles are actually grain-free and paleo! Enjoy them for a lazy weekend breakfast or brunch.

Sweet Potato Toast 3 Ways: If you’re into avocado toast, you’ll love these sweet potato “toasts”! Sweet potatoes bring an extra boost of fiber, complex carbohydrates, and vitamins to the table. For those who are sensitive to avocado or aren’t as fond of it as we are, our fan-favorite Beet Hummus makes a delicious savory topping.
