Our November Group Cleanse will give you all the nutrition guidance and coaching of the Conscious Cleanse, complemented by a series of exclusive daily workouts from Carrie Dorr’s O44 METHOD (Available during our November cleanse ONLY)!
Carrie Dorr, founder of Pure Barre, is the fitness genius behind the O44 METHOD. The O44 METHOD uses the best facets of barre, pilates, athletic conditioning and old-school step aerobics to create a workout you can do anywhere.
When you pair conscious eating practices with a daily movement regimen, all benefits of both programs are multiplied, leaving you feeling vibrant, powerful, and comfortable in your body.
We both know the importance of pairing nutrition and movement practices from first-hand experience.
Fifteen years ago, Jo broke her back on a cross-country bicycle trip. As a result of the accident, she gained 40 pounds, had severe chronic pain, and was told she would be physically disabled for the rest of her life.
It was through her yoga training, in addition to clean eating, that Jo was able to overcome her injuries, reduce her chronic pain, and return to her normal weight.
Twenty years ago, Jules threw herself into an intensive yoga practice, but didn’t realize her diet was the thing holding her back from achieving the vibrant health she had envisioned.
It was through both of our yoga practices that we found each other and started the Conscious Cleanse, so you could say that without both our interests in yoga and fitness, there would be no Conscious Cleanse!
