Transition for the Summer Conscious Cleanse kicks off in just one week! That means we’re starting to think about thinking about weaning off of caffeine for the cleanse.
Giving up caffeine is no small ordeal…we get that! That’s why we love today’s green smoothie recipe.
It’s refreshing, energizing, and the perfect way to start downshifting from daily rocket fuel to the more mellow and metabolism-boosting green tea.
Are you joining us for the next Conscious Cleanse? Registration closes on Monday, June 6 so secure your spot today.
Meanwhile, start incorporating our Green Tea Citrus Slimmer Smoothie into your daily routine. It’s full of fiber, antioxidants, and will help balance your blood sugar – perfect for transitioning onto the cleanse.
With love and green smoothies,

Andrea’s Wellness Notes
We feel your pain, Andrea. You’ve got this! Let us know what you think of the smoothie.
I actually first learned about the Conscious cleanse through the Tea Spot! I ordered all the different teas and enjoyed them a lot, so I thought I would give the cleanse a try. So glad I did. :) Can’t wait to try this recipe tomorrow morning.
YAY, Kristina, We are so excited you found us! Let us know what you think of the smoothie once you try it.
I have hypothyroidism so, eating spinach raw is hard on my thyroid. Could I lightly steam the spinach, or should I replace with something else like Romaine? Thanks, Sandy
Hi Sandy, Great question. You could do either, though I think the romaine would taste better since the flavor of spinach changes when it’s heated. If you give it a try, let us know what you think.
