I’m probably reading way too much into this, but what exactly does “pieces” mean as far as the fruit goes? Is a handful a good rule of thumb for berries and chopped frozen fruit?
Hey Claire. It’s a good question. We like to leave things some what “open” (or vague) so that you begin to eat more intuitively. You can play with adding in more fruit if you like it sweeter. Generally I like a banana plus another cup of fruit but that would be way to sweet for Jo’s palate. Play and let us know what you discover. :)

Does this make one smoothie? I had no problem drinking the whole 32 ounces of it, but wondering if I was drinking a double dose.
Hi Mary, Great question! Yes, our single servings are 32 oz. At first it might seem like a lot especially if you’re not a breakfast person. It’s okay if it takes you a little longer than usual to finish it. Soon you’ll be finishing them off no problem. XO, J&J
I love this! It’s beautiful! Great idea! I have it hanging over my vita-mix! Thank you.
Thanks Pam! Enjoy and happy smoothie making!
I like your website design and layout, very simple and bright catchy, helpful. Keep it up!
