The Conscious Cleanse is a 14-day food-based Cleanse, which will cleanse your body of toxins and common food allergens while eating whole foods in their most natural form. Your online membership guides you step-by-step through your cleanse with the support of online coaching and interactive tools.

We’ve partnered with Bolder Pilates and their team of expert instructors to offer all-level classes that you can do anywhere.

Bolder Pilates shares the Conscious Cleanse’s conviction that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. They provide a mindful, intelligent, and empowering Pilates movement practice that will help you up-level your cleanse experience
**You’ll get daily Bolder Pilates workouts during your 14-day cleanse, and NEW workout videos added every month after your cleanse is over.

Jo & Jules
Jo & Jules have a combined 20 years of yoga teaching experience, and are offering yoga and meditation sessions to help support you during your cleanse and beyond.

These exercises are designed to help take care of your mind, body, and spirit throughout your health journey!
**You’ll get yoga classes during the weekends during your cleanse, plus NEW yoga videos and meditations added every month after your cleanse is over.
Nutrition, Movement & Mindfulness in ONE program!
For two weeks you will get to eat whole foods like delicious green smoothies, fresh vegetables, non-gluten grains like brown rice and quinoa, legumes, nuts, seeds, and organic lean meats (meat is optional).
For each day of the cleanse, you’ll also get an easy-to-follow home workout video from the Bolder Pilates to help strengthen and tone, or a rejuvenating yoga class with Jo & Jules to help support flexibility and mindfulness for a comprehensive fitness experience.
We’ll also be adding NEW workouts and yoga classes for every additional month of your membership so you’ll still be able to enjoy the benefits of movement even after you’ve finished your cleanse!
