At the Conscious Cleanse we believe that every person matters and that every story counts.

For that reason we do our very best to make this a very personalized experience for you! Our Conscious Cleanse certified health coaches are on call from 9 am – 5 pm MST all 3 weeks of the program to answer ALL of your email questions. You won’t find coaching like this in any other program. We are committed to your success and we’ll hold your hand every step of the way. There are no silly questions. The support you’ll receive in this cleanse is like no other on the market today.

Jo Schaalman

Jo Schaalman is the co-founder of the Conscious Cleanse and a yoga instructor at the Yoga Pod located in Boulder, CO. She is passionate about working with people to find their best health. The Conscious Cleanse is a 14-day program designed to guide health-seekers on a supportive journey of deep healing and whole body cleansing. The results have the power to ignite an entirely new level of health for participants – one of vibrancy and longevity. The Conscious Cleanse will be published as a book by Alpha Penguin and made available at all major bookstores and online retailers in Fall 2012.
